I will be going to the beach tomorrow,so this will be my last post for the week.
I’m recently collaborating with two brands from our local fashion industry.
If you’ve been reading my recent posts, it would be obvious by now.
I’m cooking up something for my readers before June ends. It includes the participation of these brands.*wink wink*

LET US ALL BE PART OF SOMETHING TRANSFORMING! SEE YOU!
PS please reblog this and earn 10 entries for my blog giveaway HERE. :)
Like a boss party and fashion show, organized by BYB Media, was the first ever legit “blogger” event that I went to. I’m so thankful for BYB Media’s SAMANTHA BELTRAN (yes, all caps ) for being the most accommodating events person I’ve ever met. For events and media companies it’s essential to really establish a good first impression to your guests and clients, and because BYB media did so, I’d be happy to work with them again. Anyway, to add to all the good vibes, it happened during the first saturday of the year! BOOM! What a way to start the year. :>
It was held in LIQUID POOL AND LOUNGE (Manila Ocean Park Complex). The place reminded me of them bars we see on TV. hihi (very adult pool party ang dating, haha)
I loved this walkway. STRUT! haha.
VIP corner y’all.
(will post their blog’s links ASAP)
This was what I wore.
*rest of the items are given :) I’ve repeated the pieces a bazillion times but it looked extra “party-ish” altogether when I added the stockings. I’m not into wearing stockings at all, but then I think I’ll reconsider. :>
SO, the vent was not just a party but also a fashion show from brands such as:
Here are some of the looks:
galaxy prints are so IN!
well lookie here, BESTFRIEND KATH ONG OH! <3
T’was a long fashion show, actually. I’ll do my best to post more photos of the clothes :) (check my blog again before the week ends.)
NOW FOR THE RANDOM PHOTOS! :)
Kudos to BYB for an awesome event! :) I’m really looking forward to more events from them!
OH, BTW. ISKOLARS and TO COLLEGE STUDENTS IN GENERAL!!! check out BYB’s special planner for you. :>
Fashion Statements for the Changing Weathers of the Philippines
Manila, Philippines – January 2011 – Two challenges are done with only 13 aspiring designers making it through the last cuts. Five designers were already eliminated as the challenges in MEGA’s Young Designers Competition (YDC) 2012 heat up. In a surprising twist, three designers were sent home during the last challenge since they failed to show a fashion forecast fit for 2012.
The weather of the country urges fashionistas to be more practical with their choice of clothes. From the “Proud to Be Me” and the “Fashion Forecast” challenge, the remaining designers will showcase pieces that can be worn for both the dry and wet season of the Philippines. Midway through the competition, who has survived?
As they unveil their versatile outfits, the designers are aware that getting the fashion council’s nod has already become harder. Every detail will be scrutinized and three designers will once again be out of the competition.
Will the top designers continue to succeed? Or will the other designers be given the opportunity to shine?
Keep watching the MEGA Young Designers Competition 2012 every Saturday, 7 pm on ETC, with replays every Sunday at 10 am.
www.Megastyle.ph brings something new and interactive for all YDC fans. Show your support by voting for your favorite YDC designers through the online poll. Plus, if you missed out on the past episodes or want to relive the YDC experience, all past episodes are uploaded on the website! Log on now!
